How We Met
Our journey began in November 2019 when we teamed up as the Surprise Singing Waitresses.
The year 2020 threw us into the depths of a pandemic, casting uncertainty over the future of entertainment. Despite the challenges, our incredible brides and grooms and event planners stood by us, rescheduling their dates.
In those times when we couldn’t even step out, let alone grab a microphone, we discovered how great we were as partners and the seed for creating our own business was planted.
We spoke of our ideas and visions of having our own limited company, and what we would need to make this happen. Fast forward to the summer of 2022, and voilà! We had our business plan, our name, our vibe, and there you have it – L&A Elements Ltd. came to life
Our Vision
We will work with any idea, be it big, small, specific, or vague. We will use our knowledge, experience, and talent to build the vision and tailor and event to your needs and budget. All of our elements will fit the needs and purpose of any event or special occasion.

Lynsey Newsome
Hi, I’m Lynsey.
As the ‘L’ in L&A, I wear multiple hats as a Singer, Choreographer, and Digital Designer. On the business front, I handle administration and marketing, ensuring seamless communication for the best possible experience with us!
With over two decades of practice, study, and involvement in the entertainment industry, it’s my true passion. Armed with a degree in Performance and a background in Dance, I’ve served roles as a Manager, Singer, Choreographer, and Presenter both in the UK and Overseas.
Joining forces with Angel and the Surprise Singing Waitresses in 2019 marked a turning point, and I’ve been dedicated to bringing professionalism, entertainment, laughter, and fun to weddings and events ever since!
Angel Hind
Hey, I’m Angel…
I’m the A in L&A, doubling up as a Singer, Videographer, and general wizard behind the scenes. I handle promotions, the tech stuff, and make sure our performances are top-notch!
With over 22 years in the performance game, I still can’t get enough. From a young age I have loved to perform. I am a classically trained singer, have managed and been the lead singer in bands across the UK and I successfully teach and run a Singing Academy with great success across Teesside.
In 2017, I launched the Surprise Singing Waitresses and witnessed its incredible growth. As a creative and a visionary, I’m here to be a part of your celebrations, turning them into unforgettable memories.
